The service was very pleasant, not intrusive but attentive. Drinks were brought quickly. The only thing we had to wait for was the ice cream. But it was worth the wait, served with such care! “ Over 10 years ago, I stumbled upon Waldheim by chance. Since then, we've made the 45-minute drive every year for their traditional Swiss meat feast. And honestly, it's worth it. The blood sausage and liver sausage are sensational, as is the other meat. But the rösti and sauerkraut, which are "just" side dishes... are absolutely superb. A delicious (and enormous) meringue ice cream is the perfect sweet finishing touch :-D The service is friendly, humorous, and efficient. The ambiance isn't anything special, but with food like this, you're not looking at the room anyway, only at your own plate. Thanks to the whole Waldheim team. ”

“ We were a group of 8 who visited the Waldheim Restaurant. All meals were served at the same time. The portions were very generous. Everything was freshly prepared! The staff was truly super friendly and professional. The veal cordon bleu was unfortunately a bit too salty! (Maximum saltiness). But since we were hungry and the group was very convivial, we devoured it without complaint. The dining room is very simple. It looks very much like a cafeteria! The restaurant was completely booked that evening, which is a good sign. We had a lovely evening at the Waldheim. I can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thumbs up Best regards ”

“ A beautifully located restaurant with ample parking. The dining area was rather cold and simply furnished, which initially struck us as a negative. The view of the beautiful landscape, however, was a real highlight and made the whole experience seem positive. One drawback might be the children's play area, as it's located right in the middle of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also really liked their attire. The menu is very extensive and includes some interesting options. A true paradise for meat lovers. ”
